Replaced my tires and fixed my tire monitor. They communicated with me along the progress. There were no surprise costs and they were very open and honest about repairs. Washed my vehicle. I waited for the service and it was they told me. I will continue to service my vehicle with them. I like going there for service. They are very cordial and keep track of things we discussed and repairs for me to plan for in the future.

Always exceptional at Star Auto. The team there are friendly, even at 7am, call to tell us if there is something up with the vehicle and let us know when it's ready. Plus, we get a loaner, even for oil changes! We take our vehicles that are still under warranty, with free dealership oil changes here instead of the dealership. Totally worth it!

Not the cheapest, but eminently competent service by personable staff. Prices are less than the dealer, and the great advice regarding preventive maintenance actually saves a great deal of money in the "long run." That is, as compared to using automotive maintenance services at deep discount shops.

I've used Star Auto for some more involved repairs I didn't have the time, tools or know-how to complete myself. They're always amazing. The advisor staff is always knowledgeable and patient, never making me feel like I'm inconveniencing them with questions. Their labor costs are a little higher than the average shop/dealer but the quality in and guarantee on their work are what you're paying for. I don't take my car anywhere else.

LOVE Star Auto! Always professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Have been going there for years and recommend it to everyone. Honestly, we can't wait for our dealership warranties to expire, so we can bring out cars to Star Auto! (and they have free loaner cars, coffee, cocoa and cookies as well as great service). Only good things to say about the Star Auto team!!

It looks like they didn't put enough engine oil at this time. After 400 miles of driving, the oil level is at low even though there is no leak and my car only slightly burns oil (a half quart every 1000 miles). And they charged over $70 for an oil change. Inflation? Still, it's more than I remember. However, overall service was good.
