Omar met me at my vehicle as soon as I pulled into the bay. The waiting area was clen and comfy and the hot chocolate was amazing as it was 30 degrees outside. Wait time was minimal and my vehicle was washed with shiny tires! I couldn't be more pleased with the service at Southwest Infiniti.

My salesman Sel was very helpful and professional. I arrived to look at the car which was a beautiful car and better than I had expected. I decided that I could not purchase the car because it was larger than what would fit in my garage. A major disappointment but a great experience with Southwest Infiniti none the less.

Although I like the fact that after each service they wash my SUV, but it is so frustrating that each and every time the machine seriously bends my front license plate. And although I complain, no one straightens my plate and they do nothing to keep it from happening again.

I dealt with Milly Martinez. She answered phone calls, texts and emails. Customer service may be rare these days, but when you see it, it is undeniable, like Bigfoot taking a dump on your front lawn. We were in and out in 2 hours, although if we had a trade-in and financed it may have taken a bit longer. If you don't want an Infinity, they had teslas, vettes, porsches, bmws and I bought a lexus.
