The female who handled my service, met me when I pulled up for my appointment. (That did not happen with my prior service). She was upbeat and friendly (unlike my prior service). When the service was completed, she came to the waiting area to get me, instead of just sending me a text that my car was ready (That didn't happen with my prior service. I only received a text that my car was ready.)

I MAD AN APPOINTMENT and it took 12 days to do my service. No update, call, text. Nothing. They left my jeep on their back lot 5 days before even diagnosing, even though they knew what it was when I dropped it off. I have purchased 5 vehicles from Southfork and had all services done religiously through them. I have never been so disappointed in ALL my dealership experiences.

What difference does it make. After a couple of days of my vehicle being in the shop, my service advisor didn't even know that my truck was there for service. Consequently, I lost business and money while an incompetent service department did nothing!!

I made appointment to have my oil changed because it was getting close to specified milage,I arrived and seen service rep right away and she took my name and keys to truck,walked me to the waiting lounge and told me they would be done with it ASAP,sure nuff I think I was out of there at 1 hour flat.no issues.

Had them install the factory tie down system in the bed. After getting home, realized they stripped out one of the mounting bolts making the rail unusable. I had to retap the fixed nut and replace the bolt to fix it.
