I liked how well they communicated with me. I liked that they provide free Uber service from the dealership and back to the dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful and explained things clearly. I do have a concern about the headlights and will talk with them about that.

Freddy Brown explained to me the importance of having the problems fixed, he wasn't pushy but made me realize that I shouldn't put off the issued needed to be addressed. Freddy was very through explaining in laymen's terms the work that was done. The entire staff was very friendly and respectful.

Respectful, not money hungry and trying to force you to do all the recommended things. Totally ok with you saying no and not hounding or pushing you. Didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of for a young female. I travel from Bremerton to Tacoma just to come here because I've been hustled at West Hills. Great job guys.

Nick, the Service Advisor, was very helpful and informative and helped us device an affordable and sensible maintenance plan for a vehicle with an unknown history. The Maintenance Tech (Fernando?) was also great with his video survey of the engine compartment fluids and belt.

Took the car for an airbag recall. The shop had for passenger and driver side was out of stock. They had it shipped overnight to make sure both were replaced. So happy I chose this dealership.

Hour and half wait on the oil and filter service with an appointment, so no express service. The work was fine, so no other complaints. They do try to upsell, however.
