I liked how I was greeted when I entered service station. I explained problem and asked to wait in lobby area. Only complaint is sales person didn't update me on progress of wait. I did get an email but it wasn't updated on what they were doing. Service was good we waited an hour and half.

Love South San GMC customer service is on point here! They are always willing to take care of me. One minor thing though is when after they service my truck there's some sort of disconnect happened with my tires. But as soon as I called them they took my truck right away no questions asked or any hassles so thank you so much for doing that for me! You guys rock!!!!

Didn't like the fact that I called beforehand and made an appointment and explained what was wrong with the vehicle and when I arrived at GMC South, they signed me in, took my vehicle and parked it out back and left it out back for 2 days with no explanation as to what had been done to the vehicle. After 2 days, I went a picked up the vehicle. Very dissatisfied with their performance.

Since the day I bought my truck the staff have been beyond kind. They have had alot of patience with this old lady who doesnt understand half of what the truck can do! Yes I am electronically challenged! Service department has also been so very helpful with all my questions. Great place! Great people!!

I like the fact that I was given an appointment at a certain time and my truck was serviced at the given time. The service took less than 2 hours and it was washed. Other dealers take up to 4 hours.
