I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service technician told me my brakes were close to being needing new brakes. I asked how much and he told me, then I asked if they had time and he said yes, so I asked him to go ahead and change them now. 4 hours later, my brakes were completed. They never came out to explain why, I had to ask them several times. I was there from 1:05 to 5:20. They did take off 50.00 for my wait.

They submitted the wrong odometer reading for our vechicle. We went there for our 40,000 oil change with 40,105 mi on our odometer. However, they submitted that we had 54,397 mi at the time of service. I tried calling and correcting it, but they have not.

Apparently pre delivery inspection does not include Cabin air filter or Air element filter. Car is immaculate but, for the non DIYer, this should have been addressed and checked, that cabin filter was FILTHY. Salesmen were great. Inspection team, slacking....

Took a weekend off to make a trip up there. I work seven days per week and live a couple of hours away.
I think Salesman wanted off, so he told me on Friday, the car was sold, would be delivered on Saturday. I believe he didnt want me to come in on his day off and buy from another Salesperson.
I told my wife the car would be available again Monday and it was.
The car has been on two Dealer lots about 10 months.

They took care of it within a reasonable time. I had a cigarette smell in my car and thought I had to change the filter but they had replaced that part not too long ago so they sprayed something to get the smell out and now it doesnt have that terrible smell anymore :)
