They smashed my fender and 11 days ago and 11 days later I have not heard from anyone regarding a resolution. The service writer was very good and apologetic but that's all. Still have heard nothing. I was shopping for a new truck and was going to consider Shakopee Chev, but not now. Too many bad experiences. Today I purchased a new Truck from Luther Brookdale Chev. What a difference!!
