They did their usual excellent oil change service, fixed my bad injector and had a mechanic smarter than other shops that figured out how to unhook the auxiliary music amps and restore my stereo to factory settings ! Thanks David great job ,well done !

Easily scheduled my appointment online. Went to check in, told Conner, my advisor, a concern I had about my truck and he immediately knew what the issue was!!! I waited in the comfortable waiting room until my truck was repaired, washed and ready! It's nice to go where you feel welcomed and valued but even more, it's wonderful to deal with an intelligent, informed service crew. Thanks Conner for care of me!!

I do not appreciate having to wait 2 hours to get my oil changed. It appeared as though for 1 of those hours my care just sitting somewhere. Also, I started getting calls, texts and emails from about getting my oil changed when my dash showed I was above 50%. Now I'm getting all kinds of surveys. I do have lots to do other than wait for my oil change and wasting my time on your messages.

The service is always excellent. The one thing that I don't like is the wardrobe choices of several of the employees I encountered. Doesn't make them a bad employee, to me it just looks unprofessional. Appearance can go a long way in the eyes of the customer.

I love the fact that my car inspection was perfect. I had an oil change and they checked my car out they only charged me for the oil change. Vandevere will only check out your car when you ask them to and charges you for it. I love serpentini in orrville.

I need to bring the car back in. It was getting 29 MPG before service this last time and now I am getting 25 MPG. It exhausts a puff of smoke when I start the car and is running ruff. I have akways been very pleased with the stervice from Serpentini, but this time there seems to be a problem.

Labor is always more expensive here, also was called to pick up my vehicle, had 3/4 tank of gas and when we arrived it was at 1/4. It was shared that it was moved and left on for a prolonged amount of time. Said they would refill gas.
