Sedano Ford is one of the best car care experts. I got there 9:40 am on a Saturday. I was able to get a quick oil change for an upcoming trip. My car was ready for pick up at 12 noon. They washed my car after they did the oil change and rotated the tires.

I came in for an oil, check up service. It was done quickly and the my agent explained what was done. I usually have Mike but he was unavailable and my engine light had gone one. I was very pleased with the new young man. (Aden?). I've been a customer at this location since I purchased a Ford Taurus in 1991. (Drew, Pensky, Sedano). I keep having my truck serviced at Ford because of the great service and I trust my service manager Michael Vermilya. He has taken care of all my car and truck needs since he was at Drew Ford. By the way congratulations Mr Sedano on your new store it is state of the art and a very comfortable place to do business.

It took 3 weeks to get the car in to have the left front strut mount replaced under warranty. Service writer and service manager do not answer their phones and do not personally return calls. They will ignore what their own techs tell them is wrong with the vehicle, and then offer a deal to you that if you except then will then charge you for an unneeded repair. I only rated this with one star because I could not give it zero stars.

The staff is pleasant. What I don't like is every time I make an appointment, I'm told it will be a long wait because "all these people are ahead of me. Why make an appointment when others just stop by and are assisted before appointments. One time, there was such a long line waiting to check in that it appeared I was late. Have a line for appointments only. No, that won't work. People pull into what line is the shortest.
