Expensive, lazy and dishonest. One example of expense is that my car needed a BMW emblem replaced. Quote was $250 for a part that you can buy on EBay for $18. Dishonest and lazy in that they didn't even try to fix the issue my car is having. I will never go back there again and I most certainly would not buy a car from them.

I'm liked that they found a coolant leak that was missed 3 weeks ago by Winslow BMW.
Schomp usually provides a car wash especially after spending 1600$ on key and repairs. Not this time. The car was a V mess.
Like everything else these days it is expensive. the hourly rate here exceeds most lawyers and doctors!

I was told I would receive a $300 rate for my tires that I purchased. When I was filling out the paperwork I was to receive a $125 rebate. I called to talk to the tire specialist and left him a message, with know return call back. Every time I come into the service center it's always a problem. Communication is a low priority for you.

Schomp took care of the Vanous Bolt recall on my 328i. They quickly determined that the bolts were to be replaced and they completed the work quickly. They also did a inspection of my vehicle and found an issue with the Eccentric Value which I had them replace. The work was completed in one day.

My car was not fixed, BMW North America declined to replace my electric batter because "it wasn't failing enough" and the Schomp GM never replied to my concerns. My batter now operates at 43% max and chugs every time I accelerate quickly. Tech, Christian, communicated well however and did his best.

there is a complimentary car wash and basic vacuuming with service....I was in a rush when I picked up the car and didn't bother to notice whenther it looks clean or not. But realized next day morning that this complimentary service was not performed. :(

They took 5 days (over weekend) to do a service which was an oil change and a service alert which ended up drive chain alert. They did the oil change and replaced a part which was partially covered by warranty (deductible). But they also ended up replacing a main battery which was over $630 not covered by warranty which was the second battery changed within 2 years. Grand total for the oil change+ was over $1300.00 ....

I went to Schomp for a recall issue and other repairs identified during the visit. It took 2 days. My service advisor, Mike was excellent. He arranged a loaner and kept me informed. The tech team identified several other issues. My only complaint is the high cost of getting service done at a BMW dealership.

This is the place to go if you are independently wealthy, prefer to interact with computers, and are very negotiable with results. If you are prepared to throw thousands of dollars at fixing finicky automotive infotainment computers that your cell phone can replicate better, this is the place for you. You'll get a nice car wash for $225 + incidentals. But your infotainment system won't get fixed. Too bad

Service representative was good my problem is with the mechanic when he goes around doing the inspection on the car and advice you of Service that you don't need he said I needed a new fan belt and should replace the belt tensioner at the same time after inspecting the belt it still has the numbers on it from new belt tensioner is in good shape just watch your self and get a second opinion

I had a 10am appointment with a loan car request. I arrived promptly and was told that I needed to come back at 3 pm because I was waitlisted for a loaner car. They should have called or text to Inform me that my scheduled appointment won't happen. Poor communication on Schomp.
My service rep was not helpful at all and my car was returned dirty and garbage was left inside. Definitely need a new dealership.

The car had a dead battery after only 1.3 years of operation. BMW trailered it to the dealership, replaced the battery, performed a complete check and paid for my Uber ride to pick it up after everything was complete. BMW roadside service is alive and well.
