Never checked the tire pressure as stated which was 7-8 psi low per tire. Also said the cabin air filter was checked which it wasn't. I replaced it myself after coming back from the dealer.
Both issues were brought to the service manager which she gave us a free oil change ($80) and a apologized.

My last visit I had I needed an oil change, new tires, and brake pads. I read them the wrong part number but emphasized that I wanted Michelin tires and not Yokohama. The Yokohama tires were put on and when I told them about this, they gave me a loaner and had Michelin tires on the next day. Shoutout to Hannah and Ashley, they are honest and fair.
