Anthony was very helpful with making sure I was able to get my vehicle serviced after my appointment was overbooked from the previous Saturday. They offer a courtesy shuttle, the waiting area offers complimentary water and different flavor coffees. Totally recommend

It was not personal at all, I felt like a cow in a herd of cattle running through the lot. I asked for my brakes to be changed and they called and said the pads were good. They are the original pads that came on the Truck in 2018. I think someone should have taken them off and physically looked at them, not just use the little device to measure the width of the pad.

I took my truck in to have a diagnostics done and they said my manifold gaskets needed replaced, i said ok get it done. It took the mechanic ! hour and 55 minutes to do the job, i got the bill and the service writer charged me 4 hours $553.54 this place is a rippoff and the service writer said we will work with you the next time you come back. why would i come back to a place that steals from people, not happy at all with SAX Motor.
