Sarat ford is the pits. Got the transmission swap done and had to wait 3 months for a cooler line to the transmission. Horrible customer service, the technicians act like they're in grade school, and the shop is just utter chaos. John, the service manager , lacks understanding empathy and relatability.

THOUGHT I made appointment on line! Have a serious issue at home requiring most of my time to take care of another person. Must make appointments when I can get someone to care for that person at home. With limited time, I was on the verge of tears when I was told they would take me anyway!
