Took in my vehicle for recall but they found a transmission leak which took over 3 weeks to fix. Since this is my only vehicle, I had to borrow and rent a vehicle during my wait. This is the second time I've had to keep my vehicle in the shop over three to four weeks. I pay good money for this vehicle and for me not to be able to drive it for two months is insane.

I would not recommend taking your vehicle here. Only communication was when I would text a question, they rarely answer the phone. I dropped the jeep off January 2nd and picked up January 31st. This was the second time to be there in a week. The only positive thing is my jeep was repaired and finally running properly.

I was greeted as soon as I drove in, I told the attendant why I was there and my vehicle went in. I was given a 2 hour waiting time. During that time I was given priodic updates on my vehicles progress. My vehicle ws completed before the 2 hour period. I was also I formed about a problem that I wasn't aware of and fixed that too. I was very satisfied with the whole experience

All was really great, except that there were remotes for the color changing lights advertised with the ad for the car. When I ended up purchasing the car, they were no longer there. That was a bummer. Otherwise, they did pretty great. Make sure that they clean up any scrapes and have all valve stems on before you leave!

Said they had the parts so scheduled an appointment for Monday. Dropped car off and was set to pick up next day. Called next day to confirm car was ready and they said it wouldn't be ready until Friday. When asked why the lady said they didn't have the parts. When I voiced my displeasure they said I could just pick it up if I didn't want to wait. Terrible service. Don't do business here.

Great customer service from Anthony and the ladies that process payments. Some of the technicians allowed me to get my stuff from the car after I dropped it off. Inspection on the car was very thorough, I just opted not to go with some services due to the higher price for an older vehicle. Very happy with the visit though.

Had a difficult time getting vehicle updates as calls were never answered in the service department. In the end, problem was not fixed on my vehicle, even after 4 days of them having it in their possession. Had to pull the vehicle out the 5th day regardless of not being fix since nobody could give me an explanation of why there was no progress with fixing the vehicle.

Never received a call back from service manager. Had oil changed, tires rotated and balanced and had to go right back. They didn't reset the oil change light, and the next day, all 4 tires were low and needed inflation. Paid way too much for bad service.

This dealership charged my extended warranty to re-program my u-connect and the day after i picked it up the same message was on the screen take to dealer to service i paid for a new battery but a new one was not put in so sad this dealership charges for parts and services they don't actually do i would suggest going to a different dealer for service and purchases

It fine except that they need to train their employees to not get their customers vehicles dirty after oil changes.. 'this is the second time they've left my vehicle stain with oil inside the door on drivers side.. they should wash the hand before getting into a customers vehicle.

Worst service I've ever gotten in my life. I left and my car has more issues. They took 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. My car steering wheel now shakes since that trip The service is awful they treat you with no respect. They shut my hood wrong where it now wobbles when I go 60.

The simplest possible thing they could do is rotate the tires and they screwed that up. Left all five lugs on the back right tire loose. Could've been a tragic accident to damage to my rim. And tightened took it back and still they left one loose when they said it was ready. When I went back to pick it up, the air in the tire was half full. Never again. !! Colonel USAF (ret) PD

To make matters worse, the mechanic got oil stains on various places of my light colored interior. I will have to think twice about going back to that dealership.
