Sam's auto department is awesome, staff knows how to deal with customers and explain everything, gave options when I was changing my vehicle tires. Pretty happy with Michelin tires as I put in my Honda Odyssey from same store and now for my TOYOTA PRIUS 2022. Happy with there service.

Ive been to a lot of SAMs clubs. This has been one my best experiences from the tire department. Alfredo, Carlos and the team done with both of my vehicles. And solved my shaking issue by replacing my tires.

Good job overall. Just hate they don't do wheel alignments. Additionally, my vehicle now shakes after having the 4 new tires mounted and balanced. I wonder if they are balanced properly
