The lady there was very pushy borderline rude. Acted like she knew everything and jumped to conclusions trying to finish your sentence or thought before you even finished explaining what you wanted or needed.

Technician with greasy hands left it all on my door handles. After cleaning I did a thorough cleaning of steering wheel and shift. Should not have to deal with this.

Picked the tire on line and with assistance from Sam's Help Line. Good time for installation which went smooth. Service lady at desk in the Gurnee store was not good for customer service.
