Easy to make an appointment. Pleasant people al the service desk. Clear video of the car and what needed to be repaired. Reasonable estimate. Was able to do some work in the open, bright waiting area. My car drove more smoothly after the service, shifted automatically more smoothly, and the engine sounds were softer. Great work!

I pulled my car into the shop and they got it worked on almost immediately, it took less than half an hour to get an oil change and my tires rotated! Their lobby was nice and clean, the associates were very kind, and overall I had a very good experience! :) Bought my current car here back in December of 23 and don't regret it one bit!

When something was wrong with my car, I was able to get an appointment right away. The repair was made as quickly as possible. New tires were purchased and put on, and an oil change was completed, too. It is driving great now and I am all set for winter! The people at Russ Darrow Greenfield Mazda are very pleasant to work with.

Was there for tire repair and ended up with changing all four tires with a reasonable price and satisfactory workmanship. I like the new tires and they help me with the alignment service afterwards too. But the waiting time was longer than usual.

I've pretty much always had good experiences at this shop. Maxwell Munsell is my service advisor (I ask for him) and he's great. He listens, explains, and takes care of my car. He never tries to oversell services, just what's needed. He works with you, not against you. I trust him and Darrow Mazda.

Excellent service. Excellent Service Advisor (Matt Czaplewski). They treat you like they actually care about you, and they do. What's nice is this dealership is not gigantic but rather small in size and the service area just feels more relaxed and they do things carefully.

Very thorough full service inspection of your car. Not only did they find the problem I took the car in for but upon full inspection they found other problems that needed attention as well, oil pan leak, control arm loose and brakes pads and rotors were worn. Great service!

Took car in for 120K service of oil change, all filters replaced, tire rotation. I had new tired installed last month and so they checked if I still wished for the rotation and took the fee off since I declined. Russ Darrow also does a video of all points that they check which I love.

Took car in for oil change. After returning home found all the oil on the garage floor. They had failed to insert plug correctly. Car needed to be towed back for service. Reason they got any stars is because they paid for the towing and corrected the situation with no charge. I guess mistakes can happen.

Took my car in for my usual car fluid maintenance which includes a full circle inspection of my vehicle. Upon inspection the tech found the front end ball joints were very loose. The finding was immediately reported to me. I really appreciate these inspections. Parts were ordered and replaced! My car was repaired. Thank you for prompt and excellent service.

All employees that I worked with were excellent. And I did not need brakes, There was rust on one. So the work done was to diagnose my brakes They also pointed out a patch on my tire that was not safely installed. I will talk to the company who does my tires.

I am very impressed by the work. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because they gave my keys to a salesperson I was speaking to. I did not give them permission to do so. The keys should be given to the car owner. Keys should never be given to anyone else, even salesperson. That was bad form.
