This service experience was great. It has always been. My frustration is that VW (not Rudolph) refuses to address or even acknowledge a problem I have with the brakes. I know other people with the same loud squeaking brakes I have. Calls to VW are a waste of time.

The person helping us out was too slow, had the wrong vehicle for us to see and then when I questioned about the one I was interested in he voiced It was out getting detailed. Plus he told us that there was no warranty available.

my daughters car had a recall, was taken careoff, they fixed a chip in the windshiled and did an oil change, communication was great and delivered back in a timely fashion, Thank you Rudolph for a great service.

The prices are just so high. It's becoming too expensive to maintain this Volkswagen. It's an awesome car though and I'm gonna try to hold onto it as long as I can. Most of the people in the service department are great.

Really bad customer service! Don't buy any extended warranty because they won't cover anything even with a the warranties that they sell with false advertising!

I apologize for the inconvenience. Since the extended warranties are a third party warranty we do not have authorization to approve warranty work. Rudolph can only repair warranty approved claims.

I got to the service department at 9:30 AM. It took 2 and a half hours to get an oil change. From start to finish, that is paying and getting report, it almost 3 hours at the dealership to get my oil change.

I apologize for the wait time during your last visit. Without an appointment your vehicle was worked in between other vehicles, which is why it took longer than expected. I would recommend setting up an appointment for your next visit so we can complete the services a bit faster.

Paid for a wheel alignment and 6 weeks later I replaced a tire and found out I needed an alignment. Called Rudolph and they do not guarantee their work. I Paid for nothing

I am so sorry you experienced that! Rudolph does guarantee the work done during repairs. An alignment is an adjustment. The alignment and change and be needed again by hitting a pothole, bumping a curb or even driving on very rough roads. This is why alignments are not part of a regular maintenance schedule. For example: every 10000 miles. They are done on an as needed basis. It is like if we painted the fender, but 6 weeks later you have a scratch, the scratch would not covered under the paint guarantee. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your business.

They will give you the runaround. Til you're warranty is expired, then they will tell you its not under warranty anymore It's like if their company gives them a bonus for doing this all the time. Which they probably just give them a pizza party

Service was great. Worked with Ms. Desiree and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Reason for 3 star was the price. Same fix for my car was 50% more at Rudolph compared to other VW dealership in EP. Reason i just Rudolph was for availability. People are great, price is not.

First they told me it was the alternator then the battery they have changed the battery twice already they dont even know what is wrong with the car I have to keep taking it back to them over and over instead of them fixing it right the first time this was like the 6 or 7 time

The staff at Rudolph Volkswagen are wonderful! I had to take my 2022 Taos in for a check engine light, which turned out to be nothing major. From scheduling service to pick up, the people there made it a smooth process. My service advisor, Carlos, was friendly and professional he made a little bit of a stressful situation worry free (I was worried, my car is too new to have a problem) but all was good in the end. I put oil in and drove back. Called service department only to get an answering machine. I asked to talk to general manager, the same. No return phone call yet
