The service itself was fine but i was disappointed by the lack of updates. There were supposed to be text updates on the ongoing progress with my car but there were none beyond the initial text. This was different from the other times I had brought the car in for servicing - which included more frequent updates.

Adam was finally able to figure out what was wrong and fix my brakes appropriately. My brakes had been squeaking for almost 3 months ever since they were replaced at this shop. They were looked at twice with no solution prior to Adam but he was able to fix the problem. If anyone needs brakes done at Toyota you should request Adam!

Every time I go, I wait two hours. For an oil change, and this time a recall. Why have an appt if I have to wait for two hours. Then I'm told my car is out back. I go looking for it, it's not there, and get yelled at "because I'm walking out there". Terrible service
