The service writer was the best; great customer service. The technician however left greasy hand prints everywhere he touched. Also they rotated the tires, whatever wrench he used, I guess it wobbled and scuffed/scratched my shiny black wheels. Due to me traveling with my family, I don't have the time to turn around.

After more than a month and three attempts at fixing an oil leak which started following work they did on my vehicle, they finally stopped the leak. The service people are great, but the mechanics are incompetent. I will not take my vehicle back there, unless it is for a recall than can only be done by the dealership.

I took my car in for a coolant leak. They addressed the problem. They however told me that I also had an oil leak which they could fix under my extended warranty at the same time. I have never seen a drop of oil or had to add oil between oil changes, but since they could do it under warranty at no additional cost I told them to fix it. My car had been loosing about a quart of oil per week since they fixed the leak I didnt know I had.

With pretty much every other vehicle I've owned, a routine service from the dealership would also include a basic wash and vacuum. The Audi apparently does not so this was somewhat of a disappointment. Otherwise the service was a fairly routine experience.

Works the way its supposed to. Allayed a few fears I had about my recent car purchase. Funny, when I asked the dealer later about why they didnt show me the car fax, each of them thought the other had shown it to me. They had it there for me, it just got confusing as to who was supposed to give it to me. No harm, theyve been great about the sale and addressing a couple of small things with the vehicle. Carfax rocks.

80,000 service cost over $500; vacuum assembly had a hole in it, but after diagnosis of it needing to be replaced for $520, driving it home was unsafe as now the performance was affected. Not a pleasant way to take time off. Hoping our local mechanic can order parts and do job for much less.

Service is awful, the staff is rude and unbecoming. I dropped my truck off in November because, the check engine light, gas smell on the inside and out of the truck. I picked my truck up a month later, December! Immediately after going less 8miles the check engine light was noticed to be still on and now Service Required light is on. I immediately message the serviced guy and was informed to return the vehicle so that they check the vehicle out. Upon my return Dec 04, 2024. I was informed that it was an O2 sensor and the timing issue which would cost an additional 4500 plus. Not once offering a discount an understanding for failing to complete previous job that they failed upload as a carfax service for Nov. 4, 2024, but took my money on the first rip. The only explanation Cody could offer was we only have one mechanic. This place half fix your vehicles and continue charge unnecessary high prices with an I don't give dam rude attitude. If I have to drive to an additional 3-4hrs and have my vehicle service I will, but I refused to be cheated and mistreated by any business I am spending my money with. What has happened to honesty and true customer services?
