I like that they provide a ride to my home while they work on the vehicle and that the service is completed in a timely manner. I don't like that they got oil all over the skid plate and didn't bother to try and clean it up. The skid plate was clean when my vehicle arrived and should be clean when I pick up my vehicle.

Weren't able to come to an agreement on the price. The vehicle was in worse condition that described. My offer was not accepted and they came back with a counter that I did accept. The manager then said that the price quoted by the salesman was too low and came back with a higher price which I did not accept and I left. I was contacted a day later with another counter offer that was higher than their last offer.

Good communication. However, when I send the original email to any dealers, they never answer the question I write in the comment box. I get tired of having to ask a second time when I hear back from a dealer. Don't they read what's in the comments box???

60,000 maintenance. Lots of things checked, replaced and cleaned. Expensive visit mostly due to changing the spark plugs. Was offered a loaner car and was called when the car was ready. All went smoothly.

It took 3 hours and 10 minutes to get a "failure code". Needed to prorate the battery that was supposed to last 84 months literally less than 3 years into its use. 4 1/2 hours to replace a battery was ridiculous!
