Took in vehicle for doors, shifting and clunking when hitting bumps, entertainment system not loading right away when starting up sometimes taking a mile or two down the road before loading up, and transmission hard shifts on occasion. This is the second time for the doors asked to take somebody for a test ride to show them the doors and before I could do that they took the truck in the back and adjusted the doors so the doors did not shift as easily as they did when it came in. I did finally get to take somebody out after they brought the truck back out to me telling me it was ready to go. They checked the software on the stereo and said it was up-to-date and check the software for the transmission. I'm not sure what happened there. The transmission has shifted hard one time since taking it in and the entertainment system still has the same issues with loading but now also has issues with popping up different screens at different times upon start up or even sometimes driving down the road. Was told that they would talk to a GM rep the following week about the door issues and would get back to me. Nobody ever got back to me. I in fact had to call two different times now both times being told that the rep never came out and that everybody that they talk to Says that they have never heard of this issue and that there is nothing that they can do. My buddy rides in the passenger seat and I'm driving and when you hit bumps, you can have your arm on the door or your leg against the door and you can feel the door shift up and down as you hit a bump as well as at times, depending on how hard of a bump it is, you'll hear it. Smack the latch mechanism to the striker mechanism or something along those lines.

A little long winded but here we go
A few years back my Cadillac SRX transmission was slipping and the car was undrivable. I live about 50 miles from Reliable Cadillac, tried to find a shop closer to home but wanted to hear their input. When reaching the service department I met Caleb Yarborough and what a start, this gentleman removed all of my angst and dug right in to help. I had my car towed there for swift repairs, a bit of a drive and transportation hassle but well worth the process.
