I am a first time buyer and they gave me a car that needed oil change radio not workin a part for tha ac was missing I got that fixed but it was unexpected bc I asked to get serviced bc The car was close to 100k miles and they said yes but when arrival of the car there where many problems and they did not want to fix!!!

This was my third time here for the same issue. To their credit they provided me decent loaner vehicles, but for the top dollar price I've had to pay since this is the only Cadillac repair place in San Angelo as well as all the days I've had to miss at work as a result, this was the least they could do. If you have a Cadillac and it needs service, go to a place out of town.

Dear Mr. Birk, We do apologize that you've had to bring your vehicle in more than once. Sometimes, a 10 year old car with over 100,000 miles, will leak from various seals and gaskets. We can fix one leak and not know that it is leaking from another place because the oil moves down through the engine compartment. Sincerely, George Randall Randall Cadillac.

I had a tire going flat at work. I called Randall motors and they sent two guys out there aired it up then drove my car back to the shop. They discovered I had a nail in it that meant it couldn't be fixed so they sold me a new tire. They put it on and bought my car back out to the office.

The Service employees are very friendly and do what they can to accommodate your schedule with the service you are needing done on your car. They give a pretty accurate time of when the service will be complete and offer to give you a ride to where ever you need to go if it will be several hours before service will be complete. They are great.
