Appointment was made easily. There was virtually no waiting. My problem with wind noise was referred by my service advisor Sean to Justin the shop foreman. His patience, expertise, and experience solved the problem. I was provided with a loaner and the entire experience was good.

Porsche of Tucson did a great job. Sean Hornaday was easy to work with, and kept me informed. I had an unexpected break down in Arizona, upon telling others in New Mexico it was over there, many people said Porsche of Tucson was a great place. Drove car back with no issues. So far so good.

Not good. 3 issues, rubbing steering wheel noise, auto stop start not working and backup camera staying on for extended period of time. Nothing was fixed. Car has been taken back. Maybe something will be fixed this time on my Porsche Macan S. We shall see.

I had the 2 year maintenance completed, plus a reapplication of ceramic coat. About the former there were no problems, but the ceramic coat seemed a little carelessly done. There were areas on the car that still had road grime on it. Apart from that it seemed OK.

Enthusiastic dealer representative who did a wonderful job. I was very pleased with her responses but I declined and became no longer interested in the 20 year vehicle at their asking price /color. I owned a 2001 model and enjoyed it very much until it faltered.
