Very slow service and new service management doesn't care the customer. I am proud own 3 Porsche and came from own many Mercedes AMG and BMW. Not happy with my test drive salesperson. My salesperson was off work that day. Sales person would only allow about a one mile square to be driven and he was not happy to be of service. After driving for 3 hours to see a car , the condition of the car unacceptable, and so was the Sales Manager, Ash, responce. I would suggest to anyone that wants to purchase a car from any dealership that is involved with Autonation, to check their website reviews. People had to get attorneys involved to get problems resolved.

The service advisor was very pleasant and helpful. The facility is sparkling clean and beautiful. We needed urgent service and they took the car right in, but had to keep it for several days. The video they sent was showing the problem was excellent. However, the price quoted to fix the problem failed to include the cost of the parts initially. The prices quoted for parts later (after we agreed to SOME of the work) was two or more times the cost of the very same parts quoted for online purchase from their partner (owner?) organization.
