Went in for a battery replacement and was charged $154. Then after the work was done, the car had not been reset and the check engine light was on. I mentioned it, they acknowledged they didn't reset it correctly but assumed the engine light wasn't the fault of the installation however I did not have a light on prior. I was told to return in the morning, I did and they tested it again briefly. They gave me the car back said it wasn't the battery and sent me away with an engine light still on. As a began to leave the lot the car started to overheat. I took it back and they finally did a diagnostic and charged me $282. They paid for my uber to send me home and about an hour later sent me a text with a $2200 estimate for a cooling fan replacement. After calling about a dozen times and being sent to voicemail abyss I finally got through to let them know I was not going to get the work done there and was having my car towed from there to my home. They drug their feet sending me the link to pay up until the tower was leaving with my car then they immediately sent the link to pay. I was told that magically the car started working right again, no light, fan spinning (haven't had an issue yet in the last 48 hours) but I was out $436 for what was meant to be a simple battery replacement. It could've just been a series of unfortunate events but they did not breed trust in their ability to do the work accurately nor confidence that they were acting in good faith and charging me a fair price, I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM..
