Platinum Chevrolet is always fast, friendly and efficient. They never try to sell me extra services that are not needed, even if I think they might be needed. I'm a widowed, female, senior citizen without much automotive knowledge and they don't take advantage of me! That really means a lot, knowing I can trust them.

The service greetings can always be better when entering the build. It's good to be acknowledged other than having to go from person to person. It would be nice if a complimentary car wash with soap is always great after having your car service. I guess that's What makes Sewell it sold me when I took my Buick at the time when I purchased it along with the helpful staff members.

They did well in a timely matter but I fell the drivers side door should have been wet sanded more (orange peel in the paint) and there were buffing swirls in the paint even after I took it back for that.. The adviser Patrice was absolutely out standing I just hate to leave the truck there again only to be out more money for a rend car. other than that things went fine.

The ladies and gentlemen at Platinum Chevrolet ALWAYS go above and beyond for me. They came and picked up my vehicle so I didn't have to leave work, gave me a loaner when it was determined they would need to keep it overnight waiting on part delivery, and even delivered my vehicle to the tire store to help expedite the process since we were headed out of town. They stayed in constant communication with me and were very friendly.

Absolutely the best customer service. They called me often to give me updates on my car. My Cadillac looked good as new after a terrible accident where I was rear ended. Sadly, my car was hit again last week when a bus was trying to parallel park in front of me and side swiped my parked car. But I will be taking it back here because I know it will come back perfect!
