I don't like the way they conduct business they charge you for something that you didn't authorized they did it to me twice second time I told them not to charge me anything the insurance will not pay but they charged me anyway was going to trade my car in and buy a new one but they lost the $50,000 sale because of their stupidity

I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY NAVIGATION SYSTEM. PINE BELT FOUND A BULLETIN FROM GM TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT DIDN'T COMPLETELY WORK. SO AFTER TAKING EXTRA EFFORT, AND MORE TESTING OF THE SYSTEM THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT WORKING CORRECTLY. I AM MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS. When I bring in my car and I pick it up I'm still having the same issues, then go on to tell me they need to do something else to fix the problem, I had a break job done new rotors and pads a few months after that I was having a problem when I apply the breaks, I said to the service manager I think it's the breaks, $1,700 later I'm being told the rotors possibly need to be replaced or re surfaced Pinebelt Cadillac is the only place I take my car to and I'm not a happy customer.
