It was the most thorough diagnosis I've ever had on trying to determine the problem. Everyone was very friendly and the mechanic did an excellent job of explaining the possible problem to me. I didn't give them 5 stars because they charged me for the diagnosis. Their website says "Free Diagnosis" but to their credit they did charge me less when I brought it to their attention.

This is the best mechanic I've encountered in the area. Ricky explains exactly what work your car needs or doesn't need and gives you the reasoning for his evaluation. I came here after another shop recommended a number of expensive repairs, and I asked Ricky for a second opinion- he confirmed only one of those jobs needed to be done and provided a reasonably priced quote.
The work he did was thorough and he explained the general process behind the repair. The invoice matched the estimate as well.
I do want to note that this is a small operation with lots of loyal customers, and as a result, it is very busy! This is a good thing, but it does mean it can take some time to get a diagnosis and get on the schedule.
I will definitely be back for routine maintenance and any repairs that need to be done.
