Tommy, the Administrative Technician, at the check in desk was very friendly, courteous and professional. My vehicle was inspected to determine the deficiency. The part needed to repair the deficiency was not available in stock, so Tommy ordered the part from a local supplier. The part was delivered, and the vehicle was repaired in an expeditious manner.

As usual, Pep Boys took great care of us and managed to squeeze us into their schedule. The splash guard under our car was loose and scraping the ground. Without a prior appointment, they took a look at the damage (a bolt had broken loose) and fixed it for us very fast! They didn't even charge us for the time. We highly recommend Pep Boys.

I was charged $6/qt. for conventional oil and putting in a new air filter and charging $81 for the total. If I had done it myself at home it would have cost me about $25. But I was traveling and not at home. They did not wash the windshield, no washer fluid was added. Just oil, oil filter and an air filter. NOT VERY IMPRESSED!!! also we were the only customer in the entire 5 or 6 bay shop.
