I would not use again. Brought in my vehicle and had my fuel pump changed and other stuff. It was over $1,700.00!!!!
They still didn't fix the problem. I've brought the vehicle back TWO MORE TIMES and over an extra 7 days for them to correct the problem. It's still not fix!!

I was really in a bind. The battery in my Audi died and I had to get it jumped off. I was afraid to turn off the car. When I explained my situation to them they were able to work me in. As I only had the one vehicle it was abig deal to me. They replaced my battery, inspected my car and sent me on my way. Great experience.

I was almost ripped off by this location. It turns out my lug nuts were loose, but it was suggested that I have $800 in repairs done to my vehicle. Luckily I took it to another mechanic to have them verify the "damaged" parts. They told me there were no issues. Car is back to running fine now!

I have been servicing my car at pep boys for the last couple of years, in one of my first visits what really caught my eye was seeing a young lady being helped with a car she had just purchased, they explained in non confusing terms the issue with her car, filled up the documentation required to return the car before her 1 week trial. I don't think they are cheap, but I have never felt as if they were trying to take advantage. Overall I think they are very professional and a very good choice if you're looking to check if your car is in good conditions.
