The dealership system allows you to make an appointment which would indicate that they would work on your car DURING the appointment. Nope. When I arrived at my scheduled time, they acted like they had no idea who I was or why I was there. Then they told me it would be 3 or 4 days before they could start to look at the vehicle. I'll never do business with anything Peltier.

I was given a coupon for certain amount on oil change. Charged more even though no where did it show could be more. Kept me there ridiculous amount of time taking off air filter to show clean when I know it is as it has just been changed and I told them that. Don't they will get me back there again.

They just did a diagnostic test to see why my seats warmers are not working and cruise control waiting on parts. They do not have a ETA but I have to go back to the dealership because computer screen is having issues gotta see if there's something a glitch or something

Car came out with the engine heatshield in the back seat. It had not been vacuumed out and there was trash in the car. They also didn't walk me out to my car but just gave me the keys and told me to find it. Well, it wasn't out there so I came back and they had to go find it and pull it around. I have been there a few times now and remain unimpressed.

THE SERVICE IS GREAT, YOU PULL IN TELL THEM WHAT IS WRONG THEY GET RIGHT ON IT. HAVE BEEN IN THERE SEVERAL TIMES, TO GET A WASH, GET FLAT FIXED, OIL CHANGE. NO MATTER WHAT ALL ARE VERY RESPECTFUL AND VERY NICE STALL ALL THE WAY. REALLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Do Not like to have to make an appt. Did not like them wanting $200.00 to see what it would cost to get one of the rear set belt buckles for a jump seat out from behind the back plastic panel. The factory apparently bolted it behind the panel. Do like the car wash.

It's always something additional that's added on that I have to confront them about, or something that's supposed to be done that I have to prove actually has to be done. The people themselves that work there are good people, and seemingly just following directives. But I will never purchase a car from here again.

There was no communication about when vehicle was ready or what was being done. I made many calls which were not returned. It was not washed or cleaned when I picked it up, (it was Saturday) however, I took it back on Monday and they cleaned it up very well. They left the windows down in the shop so it was very dusty. The DEF problem, with engine light intermittently coming on, is on- going.

Overpriced, and not very helpful. I suppose the price hikes are due to the fact that they want you to just get a new car. However, one guy was very nice and helpful, but another literally said, "I cannot help you with that, but I can take your money," in which he did. Nissan vehicles are a no go because the one I have almost got me into a wreck due to its still unknown issue.
