Did a good job, my car was ready sooner than expected. My one small complaint is I haven't been able to get a safety recall completed because they haven't had a tool that is needed to perform the job and it has been months that I have waited to get it taken care of and they still don't have one.

Could not fix the problem. My car end jumps either right or left (almost like it's dancing) when I have gone over a slight level change in the road and am turning. Doesn't matter how fast I'm going, but if I'm going above 50mph it's very noticeable. Sometimes I worry it might go over into the other lane

All I needed was two headlight bulbs and it took them 2 hours. I have been going here since I bought the car. Their service is going downhill. They replaced the engine and I still can't keep antifreeze in the reservoir. Can't seem to find out why. Will be going elsewhere to get the problem fixed.

Terrible the service advisor was rude and saying I needed a battery when it is fine I had it tested before I came in and after and it tested fine. Very disappointed after coming there for maintenance for over 23 years with both of my Kia's and never have I been treated so poorly. Now I don't trust the dealer anymore.

They had over 2 weeks notice that I scheduled an appointment to have 4 recalls fixed. I ended up waiting 3 hours only to be told that they didn't have the parts. I live almost an hour away so now I have to spend another 2 hours driving and 80 miles at some point in the future when they have the parts.

Took care of one of my safety recalls, couldn't fix the other recall because they didn't have the right tool. It was ordered and they hadn't received it yet. It would have been nice to know that before hand. They are usually good about keeping my car clean, but this time there was grease ony floor mat. Luckily it cleaned up easily.

I arrived for my appointment and was quickly welcomed by a friendly service staff employee who explained what my car needed for maintenance. He told me how long the service would take, and that he would text when it was ready. All went well within the time limit I was given.

They do a great job of recommending service needed at certain mileage points. I have the maintenance package with the oil changes and they inspect the my vehicle at every oil change. The service advisors that I have had seemed to be straightforward and don't try to up sell you on service you don't need. All in all very happy with the service here.

Made an appointment for 30,000 mile service and a tire swap. Waited almost 2 hours and when I went to pay the bill, and all they had done was swap my tires. Had to wait another hour for them to change the oil. Pretty disappointing and these kinds of "mishaps" happen often with Peak Kia. Will probably look for another Kia dealership after we use the service package up.

Staff seems to be over worked, understaffed, or both. No one answers the phone, so you can not find out if your vehicle is ready or not. Does not instill confidence in service.
