Did not do inspection or catch reverse light out. When pointed out they addressed ot and left clips and debris that made noise. Also left greasy fingerprints on the interior and did not full attach underside engine cover. I stopped using them in the past because of similar poor service and gave them another chance. I willnot again. Poor quality of work, employees who don't really care and lack training. Do not take your car there.

I wasnt happy that the man at the counter was condescending and immediately stopped talking to me- the owner and payor of the vehicle- referring all questions to my boyfriend when he arrived. Then the man made a snide remark about the other Ford dealership. I wasnt slinging attitude because the other dealership didnt deliver it was because he treated me like we were in the 1950s.

The rear brakes squealed so badly I took it back and they replaced them. The new ones have a lesser squeal when braking, so I hope that will dissipate over time. My truck cost $62k when I bought it and never squealed for 7 years. They told me when I called that anti-squeal comes in the box with the pads, but they dont use it. I hope they did, but who knows.

My oil change went well no issues The only dislike is they put on one of there plastic advertisement plate over my state plate without my knowledge @ first I thought I was going crazy? Was it always there? ... lol... I took it off . How about not putting things on without checking with your customer 1st?
