While the customer service was fair, we were highly disappointed in the quality of the vehicle we looked at. This place does an excellent job at making the car look pretty but pays absolutely ZERO attention to any mechanical issues a used car may have. We took it for an inspection and the mechanic brought us back and showed a multitude of issues and said he hadn't even completed the inspection yet and flat out said, do NOT buy this car. We would've bought a beautiful lemon with THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs. It was so bad it was unsafe to drive it yet this place would've sent us off without a care as long as they made a sale. I do not suggest buying a used car from this place at all.

We recently had our car in their body shop due to an accident. They were very easy to deal with and very knowledgeable when dealing with the insurance company. They were also very patient as it took about 2 months to get all of the approvals to get the car repaired, due to the insurance company. But once everything was approved by the insurance company they got the car repaired very quickly and the car looks great. I would also mention that the car repaired was not a brand of car sold by them.
