This is my wife's car, they can't be bothered to call us when the car is done but they can try to buy it every time we go in. We will likely quit going here soon. They make a bunch of recommendations based on milage/age the day after they have the car. You knew the miles and age when we made the appointment why didn't you suggest this stuff then or when we dropped the car off?

Once Stellantis approved the goodwill repair, which took a LONG time, Park's took control and made a timely appointment, had the repair completed efficiently and accurately and had my truck back to me by the end of the day. So far, every interaction I've had with their service department has been positive and painless.
