I contacted my service adviser, Morris Maines, on a Sunday. Unbeknowst to me he was in another state on vacation. I told him that I was getting ready to take a long trip and realized my Silverado was due for service. Befored the end of the day on Sunday, his day off, he contacted me back to let me know that I was scheduled for a 8 AM appointment on Tuesday. Now that is customer service!!

Slow and over priced!! How in the work does it take over 2 hours for an oil change when I had an appointment. Only explanation I can guess is they are ripping of the customer and changing them 2 hours of labor for a 15 min oil change. On top of that it cost over $200 for a simple oil change. Never again will I bring any vehicle for any kind of service to a dealership.

The right-side mirror was not opening and closing by pushing the button, so I had to open and close it manually. Parks ordered the part needed for my 2008 Tahoe, and it was installed. I've had very few problems with my Tahoe because it's been well maintained by Parks. I'm eighty years-old and I hope to continue to drive my Tahoe for as long as I'm able to do so.
