Unlike another shop in town that specializes in mufflers, Parkdale Auto replaced the damaged connection saving me $400 versus the other shop which said I needed replace the muffler on back. Parkdale's computer setup for scheduling service and explaining what needs to repaired is better and more efficient in town, including the three new car dealerships.

As always they have taken care of our vehicle since we bought it. The whole team at Parkdale is amazing. If they find a problem they notify you quickly and fix if for you. We had an issue with out lug nuts on our tires, we gave them the ok to fix it as they where replaced before we pick up the van from our oil change. Giving you a piece of mind if we were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire we would be able to get it off and get a replacement on
