I was greeted by my service professional as I arrived and he explained everything that was going to be done and the costs upfront. While I waited for my car he had a driver take me to the RIM so that I could get some lunch and then sent for me when my car was done. Great service overall!

I had to wait a week to even get an appointment for my check engine light and then it took another week and a half before the part came in and when I arrived to pick up my car it was still not corrected. So I had to come back again on the following Monday and my car was finally fixed.

Didn't like that for the second time since I've owned the car I bought new from this dealership I had to return it because the first time they did not tighten the oil pill causing a leak in my driveway this most recent time I had to go back two days later so tech could reset the oil life on my car

I took my ID4 in for service on monday December 16th. I picked it up December 21st. When I got home I was doing a walk around the vehicle and noticed a small but deep scratch in the hood that wasn't there when I dropped it off. I also realized that the ambient lighting is still not working properly even after they said it was fixed.

had to bring car back. it had strong smell of gasoline. jet pump replacement procedure performed normally spills gas under the back seat in the cabin. maybe explain this to customers before hand and/or lay something down in that area to prevent it. Issue was resolved by doing a better job of cleaning it up. smell was gone in a few days.

They have nice facilities and commodities for free like coffee, drinks and snacks, clean restrooms and the service took a fair amount of time, but their prices are high compared to others, so I may go somewhere else next time.
