I was a bit early for my appointment but I was taken care of quickly and courteously. There is a gentleman - Marino - who was particularly helpful. He explained my record of service and what needed to be done. He made himself available to answer any questions that I may have had and kept me apprised of the progress of the work. Fortunately, there were no major issues and I was able to leave in a suitable timeframe.

Service Dept. was great, they provided loaner car. Unfortunately my vehicle has been into service twice since I got it on 12/30/2023. First time it was towed in as I lost brakes and dashboard all lit up (2 weeks old). Second time my dashboard went black, could not see anything. On way to service dept. the dashboard came back but check engine light was on. Very skeptical about this vehicle.

The service was less than expected. They couldn't fix a few major issues like the fuel odor, electrical issues, I had to either have A/C or heat. Not to mention that they had my vehicle over a month. I think that they are very friendly, and I think that they tried, but they lack the talent for more complex repairs
