They checked the car but I'm not sure if they are being honest because I have the recall and the car has the same issue which is coolant problem but they told me the issue is not the recall and if I want them to inspect the car for diagnose they will charge to $260 therefore it's not clear for me and I'm not satisfied about that however they provide rides for me which I appreciate but the actual problem was not solved

Love taking my Mini to Niello for service. They always take care of me. Anthony always explains every and never recommends a service I don't need. Even if it's on the list, he'll let me know if it's a right now thing or wait until kind of thing. Something I truly appreciate. Clean atmosphere, free wifi, shuttle is now only one way I think but it's Lyft so you're not waiting with a group for a drop off.

Great service, you can tell that you are being treated at a very high level. My service agent Mason is very knowledgeable and gets to the point, he's very good at explaining the complicated engineering of your vehicle and makes you feel at ease. The dealership is extremely clean and very modern, makes you feel like you are in a first class hotel lobby with beautiful cars all around.

Two issues: 1) Tires were supposedly checked but were not inflated to proper pressures. Two weeks later I am already getting an alert from the car that all tires are under-inflated by several pounds. 2) The servicer left a lot of greasy hand smudges on the driver's side door. This is the second time this has happened.

I was given an electric in place of a gas car that I drive. Finance never returned my phone call regarding the mistake they made on my loan contract. And they later informed my father who drove an hour to Niello that it was too late to change the signatures even though it was Niello's fault. So now I have a vehicle that I solely purchased yet the loan and all purchase receipts are not in my name.

Communication is deplorable because they don't follow up and call you back when they say they're going to and the service took over a week and I still have a service light on. And also I believe they're responsible for the failure of my coolant pump due to a repair that they did and they didn't follow up with replacing the thermometer at the time they replaced the radiator

I have always experienced great communication with those who are setting up my car for service. The mechanics have completed the repairs within the quoted time while making sure that the issues were completley addressed. As with all dealerships, the repair costs are higher than your personal mechanic making it hard for lower income families to afford to take their car to a dealership.

My car needed serious repairs after some problems with the high pressure fuel pump began affecting other parts of the fuel system. It was a mess. I worked with Zahan, who was professional and helpful from the beginning of the situation until the car was fixed. If I had a question he replied immediately and didn't try to sugarcoat anything. I think he should be promoted or at least train colleagues on customer service skills. Well done!

Service department is great. Everyone is really friendly and helpful. They have good follow through, calling with an update when they say they will. There can be a little wait in the morning just because so many people are dropping their car off around the same time but pick up I'm always in/out quickly.

Excellent service as usual. Staff went out of their way to ensure the car got the necessary repairs. The vehicle was repaired and ready for pick up promptly. My car is beyond the warranty coverage however I continue to take it back to the dealership for repairs and maintenance because I trust them and they have always done a great job on my car.
