Brand new vehicle was taken in for service on 9/26/2025 due to blind spot monitors not working. A bad sensor in the driver's side mirror was found to be defective. I was informed that a new one needed to be ordered. It is now 11/16/2025 and I have not heard anything from the service department. Purchasing a new car and not having this safety feature for so long is unacceptable in my opinion.

It was terrible. The receptionist was very Snoddy. The service man the cold said he couldn't get the car started so we had to go from Troy. To late them to start the car which started right up and then when we came back. The car was parked in the lot but it doesn't look like anything was done to it and overall.I wouldn't want to send anybody there because they're very rude people

Real cocky service team in Latham NY. They had me bring the van in and did not fix the problem or call back about the situation. Upon check in, I was greeted by a in a hurry service rep to check in. Young lady was very rude. The salesmen are polite but the service team need retraining on how to deal with the public.
