Service was done well. I wish they had properly put my spare tire back into its spot, rather that just dumping it in the trunk, and I wish they hadn't lost the little air cover piece, but other than that - all good.

I have used this location for several years for general maintenance and tire purchase. I took my vehicle into the shop to address a TPMS light. I told them that I thought it was the right passenger tire, but wasn't exactly sure as my wife had to put 6 lbs. of air in my driver's rear tire. They said that they repaired the right passenger tire, but the TPMS light remains on two days later after driving 100+ miles.

Mr Tire was able to patch my flat tire caused by a nail embedded in the tread. They also performed a complimentary inspection and didn't recommend any further services such as a tire rotation, oil change, or other maintenance. I appreciated their honesty.
One caveat, however. This review applies only to the Mr. Tire store at 208 Reisterstown RD in Pikesville. I can't vouch for the franchise as a whole.
