Changed oil and tire rotation , but left part and didn't inform me that it wasn't on car. Found out when bottom started dragging. Had to return to have it fixed. Not a good look!

Left my inverter fluid fully drained. My cara hybrid battery went into major malfunction and my car stalled middle of the freeway. Had to have it towed to the dealeeship wherein they discovered that my invertee coolant fluod is empty. Dont ever come here. Just go straight to the dealership.

Service was mediocre, took about an hour. Gentlemen at the front desk was courteous. After making appointment I looked up reviews, sad to say there were many unhappy people. After leaving, I noticed greasy finger prints on my cloth upholstery and on my driver side interior door. That did upset me, but I was able to clean it up, I only had a simple oil change and that didn't include resetting my cars oil life "indicator " or a simple sticker to remind me of my next oil change! Most likely not gonna return to this establishment. Would like to see company teachers employees
