I went in for flat tire as there was a small nail in the rear right tire and they said that they didn't have the tire and said ordered tire would come for next day, but they gave me an appointment for next week, and when I asked them how should I travel with a nail in the tire for a week, they said fill the air every time I drive the car. I mean who says that?

Wilson was an excellent advisor. He went above and beyond. I told him that in the past a service indicator was not set. He sat in the car with me and made sure. When I got home the car wouldn't lock. He helped me trouble shooting it and even followed up the next day. Thank you Wilson

The BMW Service Advisor Wilson Isaza was the most outstanding Service Advisor I have ever had since 1976 when I bought my first BMW. I also commend the BMW of Morristown Shop Foreman and Technician for their excellent work. In 39 years this was the ONLY time I needed one of my BMWs to be flat bedded into the dealer.

Only wanted to come here because the CARFAX shows this is where the vehicle had been serviced historically. However, If you aren't willing to be upsold you'll have a bad experience. Poor communication from Service Advisor, Liam. Wouldn't recommend and won't return.

The car was a mess! The front of the car looked like it had followed a gravel truck for days. The engine ran extremely rough, check engine light was on, too. Dealer said it just needed spark plugs and will take care of it. I am still waiting for it to be suitable for another look.

This dealership was difficult because I did try to get in touch with them to purchase a car. They were slow to respond and also didn't have a way to get in direct contact with the finance department. They lost a car sale because I found another one and they were able to offer me batter terms and at a much quicker rate.

Excellent service but deciding to wait was not a great idea. It took 2 hours. I declined the valet service since. I live 1/2 hour away so the round trip would be 1 hour: That means I would be home for an hour. My suggestion would be to prioritize cars customers are waiting for.,My BMW dealer in CT only took 1 hour while I waited

Good service. They did not have the plugs in stock, so I had to come back a second day, and I had them perform an alignment while they were changing the plugs. No problem getting an appointment, unless you want/need a loaner. Generally happy with service at Morristown.

I bought two new tires on the advice of the technician who told me that two tires were worn on the inside edge. He suggested replacing them with new tires which I did and then having a wheel alignment. He said he would put the new tires on the front axle. he never put the new tires on the front axle when I got home I looked at the tires and they were both on the passenger side, front and rear.
