I emailed them about a particular car that had, had an accident. I wanted to try and understand why the CARFAX first said like it had major damage but then when you ole. The actual CARFAX report is says minimal damage. I received no response.

First of all i give them two stars because they have very nice cars that they clean and make look new. The salespeople are friendly. However, they tack on a bunch of fees on the backend. For example my $5k 06 R class Mercedes ended up costing $7k!! That was with me bringing my own tag! That includes $900 dealer fee, $370 in tax and the rest they threw in registration and tag. I thought i was negotiating the price of the car (because they told me the $650 registration fee and tranfer fee would be reimbursed ("if it was more than the government cost"). I put a down payment on a cash deal. They agreed to fix a couple small things. The following day, I notice that they did not reduce the price of the car. They only removed the fake $425 registration fee that i had questioned originally. When we called them on it , they called it a miscommunication. Well by this time i still wanted the car and told them I will be there on Saturday to get it. They called me back on Friday and told me they are no longer selling me the car due to an issue with the airbag and they are taking it off the market and told me to come get my deposit. Just like that. Very suspicious because there were not any indicators of airbag a few days earlier when I tested it plus the salesman told me it was ready to go on Thursday. I think they figured they could make more money so they reneged on the deal! Bad business.
