Customer service was fantastic. The job was done as well as far as I could tell and completed within the time estimated. The only negative is that I think the times are too long. But, like I said, it was done within the time frame and I knew the time in advance, so I could have selected somewhere else if I needed a shorter time. Keep up the good work!

The service eventually performed was fine . My grip is that I made a service appointment online that was not honored. I was told the system was screwed up and I had to make an appointment for about a week later. If the online system is non functional they should discontinue it.

My car wouldnt start after getting gas at their location. They werent open so I had to leave my car at the gas pump but I filled out a service form and used the drop box. They took of my car right away when they opened in the morning. I was so appreciative!!

Fleet Farm is the best place to get tires and other routine maintenance completed on your vehicle. Sometimes it is harder to get appointments but they are extremely friendly. This is the 2nd set of Cooper tires I have purchased for my pickup. I wont go anywhere but FF for tires.
