The service technicians were very professional and identified the MAP sensor had failed. I mentioned that highly suspected the sensor was bad when called for a service visit at my home. Didn't want to drive it to the dealer due to poor performance. I was surprised that MAP sensor was not on the service order and a part was not brought for the service call. This resulted waiting for a second visit to make the repairs.

I arrived early. Truck was taken in 20 minutes late. Came out 30 minutes later. Not confident all the work was done with proper care (change oil & filter, change fuel filter, and do all the other checks listed. Most importantly I had a new engine or front end vibration problem which they ignored. They said I could make a separate appointment for that sometime in March. Didn't even look for the problem.

They have a bad habit of quoting a price and when you book your service and then advised at time of drop off that they made a mistake and will speak to the employees about this issue.
