It took a couple of days to hear back from them. Then they simply refused to do anything remotely, as I wasn't able to appear in person. I know there's no requirement for them to serve me, but it was disappointing, as all the other dealerships I contacted were more than willing.

After replacing windshield, the tape was left on. I saw another person picking up a car at the same time and he also had tape on his car. It was quite a pain to get it off. Also, drop-off here is a zoo and I had to wait weeks to get an appointment where I could get a loaner.

I had my usual terrific service advisor. The runflat replacement tire took over a week to arrive and without a spare it meant I was out of a car for a week, including when I really needed it. This is a runflat that won't keep pressure overnight... You'd think maybe they could offer a loaner or something for that length of time. My thinking is runflat is not a good option if dealers don't have replacement tires in stock.
