Very bad, they said they will reach out to me when the car is ready for a test drive, no-one reached out. I scheduled an in person appointment using their web page, when I showed up, assigned rep told me he is not aware of the appointment. Another same model car was available one week later. I emailed asking for availability, they even did not return back to me.

They did not have the G Mercedes preowned at or near $100,000.
I saw a 2022 BMW X6 w/600 hp at another dealer advertised on CarFax at a fair price $87,000. I drove it and got a fair trade-in from BMW N. Houston. I bought that car and it drives like new.

For the 5th or the 6th services, the brakes major dangerous issue never been resolved. It is a life threatening issue but Mercedes keep saying it is normal.
